The ring

How the sensor works
Inside the ring sits a small green LED and a photodetector. Together they read what's called a photoplethysmography signal — PPG for short. It's the same technology behind every Apple Watch, Oura, and hospital pulse oximeter on the planet

Sizing
Smart rings come in US sizes 8 through 12. Most people don't know their ring size off the top of their head — that's why every order comes with a printable sizing kit you can try at home before we ship
If the fit isn't right when it arrives, we'll exchange it. No questions, no re-purchase, no fees
One tip: if you're between sizes, go up. A slightly looser ring is comfortable to sleep in. A tight one isn't
